Hotels near East Wind
I got a few price quotes for hotel blocks at the Inn at East Wind as well as a few in the surrounding area (Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn) and they all seem SUPER expensive! I feel bad making my out of town guests pay so much for a hotel room after they are spending money on travel already. Anyone know of any other hotels in the area (maybe a little further West) that aren't as expensive?? Thanks!!

Can you FM your quotes for the other hotels? I have the quote from East Wind, and I also think it's way expensive. But, on the other hand, I'm giving people over a years notice, so they have time to save up for it.

Re: Hotels near East Wind
The next closest hotels are in Medford, a Marriott and Comfort Inn. They were a lot cheaper.

DId you ask them how much your group rate is? they're only charging me $159 because I committed to a block of 10 rooms, their rooms are usually $190 a night without a block.

Oh no, sorry I didn't clarify. This is for the Hyatt that I booked next to my venue for 10/10/14.. I was just saying though, you should see if they offer reduced rates for booking a block of rooms.

Oh wow, that is a good price! I had spoken to someone about a room block at the Hyatt and she told me it would be $259 plus tax a night!! Maybe because it is a Saturday night?

Re: Hotels near East Wind
Hello! I am getting married at East Wind on a summer friday. Room rate is $199 I booked 24 rooms on site. Then I did another one at the Holiday Inn in Riverhead which is $239 a room. Very expensive but the Holiday Inn and Hilton were comparable and Hilton got booked. HTHWelcome New Vendors
