Hotels Near Land's End

What decent hotels are near Land's End Caterers???

I called the Hyatt today. I am going to check out the rooms but they are still about 20-25 minutes away from Land's End.

I really want to find decent clean hotels closer.

Hi!

You are going to be soo happy with Land's End - unbelievable! We used the Land's end Motel across the street and the hilton garden inn on Vets Hwy. That is one of the closer hotels...there is also the holiday inn on Vets as well.

I can't wait! Can you FM me with some prices and how did you word the invites with two hotels? Did you just use the motel for the wedding party and the Hilton for guests?

We actually blocked rooms at the LE Motel across the street -it's really nice (they upgraded the rooms a couple of years ago) but the problem is, being a motel, there are no amenities like breakfast or a pool or gym, etc for the guests. We cancelled our block and went with the Hyatt, which we loved. We hired a shuttle for the guests to take them back and forth (part of our limo package).

we used the courtyard marriot on the LIE in Ronkonkoma. They were reasonable and very nice. We got a suite there that night and it was really nice.
P.S. Land's End is the Best!!! You will have an amazing day with no worries. The staff is incredible!!! Good Luck!!!

We blocked out rooms for our OOT guests a Holiday Inn (off Vets Hwy) in Ronkonkoma. It is a 3 mile ride to LE, reasonably priced ($109) and clean.
The Hilton Garden which is right on the same road is just as close, unsure of the pricing.
As far as your wording, I got direction cards from the hotel and put them in the OOT guests invites. The direction cards that LE gives you have their motel information posted on the card, so the decision is at the discretion of my guests.

We are using the Hilton Garden Inn on Vet's highway as well. They have been great to work with so far and can accomodate a private brunch or do breakfast coupons if that is something you are interested in.
