Does anyone know of hotels besides the Inn of Great Neck or the Andrew that are more reasonable than there quotes? I am not familiar with that area.

About 3 miles from Leonards in Bayside there is the Anchor Inn and the Ramada Inn...not sure what the rates are, but chances are they're cheaper than the Andrew & the Inn at GN

I had the same problem...there are not a whole lot around there. There is the Red Roof Inn and Hilton Garden Inn over by Fortunoff, and there is a Fairfield Inn in Syosset, I think
