And for the OOT guests do you include a list of hotels that they can make reservations, and do you need to provide transporation for those OOT guests? Please help.

I stayed at and took pictures at the Roslyn Claremont......they book up really fast but they are really close and has a great feel. The rooms are pretty and comfortable.....much cheaper than the Garden City Hotel

there are few hotels in great neck i would try the great neck inn or the andrew hotel there.. we provided a bus to and from our reception for the peopel staying at the hotel

WHat about Mariott in Uniondale? It's not exact location you want, but atleast it's abit west.
