Not the area you're looking for but we stayed at the Harrison House and they have a pub.

We just stayed at the Wingate in Garden City for a wedding and the hotel bar was open until 3 am. And its not a separate room so when the bar closed, we brought our own beer to the tables and sat for another 2 hours!

You could always rent out a conference room or something for the after party and then bring the alcohol...this is what my friend and her husband did after their wedding...I couldn't tell you how it was ...I didn't quite make it there after the wedding But they said it worked out great
