La quinta in Garden city does it.
They will do something like one shuttle for every 10 rooms booked. The shuttle only holds about 10-12 people so to me it's a waste. If you have all 10 rooms booked as a couple thats 20 pl, so how do they think you can fit them in a shuttle.

We also used La Quinta and got the free shuttles. it helped that if people stayed 2 nights (which most of our guests did) it counted as 2 rooms, so we ended up with 2 shuttles.
