What hotels on LI offer FREE shuttles? I know the Holiday Inn does, do any others? Any reccommendations?
My sister is getting married at CH and doesn't want to pay for shuttles. Before I pull out the phone book and just start calling every hotel one by one, I thought I'd ask you girls ....

La Quinta in Garden City will give you a free 15 passenger shuttle if you book 15 rooms and each additional shuttle is $150

does your rh work with any hotels? i know that jericho terrace for example works with the hilton garden inn, so 2 guests per room receive a free shuttle..3rd and 4th guests are 5 each..

Courtyard by Marriott usually does. The one at Exit 57 or 59 does... for some hotels anyway.

Wingate by Wyndham has a free shuttle with 10 rooms booked...try there.

I heard Marriot Courtyard in Farmingdale area had a shuttle...but i never called to confirm or antyhing...

I booked hotel room block with Hilton Garden Inn at Westbury and they offer free shuttles for all the guests.

I just called about a dozen hotels and here are the results. If theres a question mark, I am waiting to hear back from them and will edit the post accordingly once I do:
Hilton LI/ Hunt. Melville No complimentary shuttle
Melville Marriott No comp. shuttle
Best Western RVC, Mill River No comp. shuttle
LI Marriott No comp shuttle
*La Quinta Garden City Free 14 passenger shuttle with 15 rooms blocked (or 150 dollars off bridal suite), min group block is 10, includes free breakfast & a bar open till 2 am, no financial obligation since blocked hotel rooms go back into inventory 30 days before wedding, for July $159/ room (So far, they are the only hotel with a comp. shuttle)
Courtyard by Marriott, Farmingdale ?
Wingate by Windham, Brentwood Comp. Shuttle ONLY for immediately surroundling RH's, inexpensive rates
Holiday Inn Westbury, No comp. shuttle
Hilton Garden Inn, Westbury Free shuttles only to JT and WCC
Executive Inn Woodbury Free Shuttle ONLY if RH is within 5 miles

The Courtyard Marriott in Farmingdale had a free shuttle. They were fabulous. We stayed here for my Engagement party and I couldn't rave about them more.

the islandia marriot. that is where I have rooms booked. It is $159 a night with a shuttle to and from the reception.

OUR RH has a recommended hotel list and one of them offers you a free shuttle is 10 rooms are booked...so maybe your hall has something similar?
