Hotwire.com please read

For those who purchased packages using hotwire.com, I have a question.

Our returning flight has a transfer..

Is there any way to contact the airline and see if they can get you on a non stop flight back to NY???

i want to say with hotwire, you have a non-changeable, non-refundable flight. if you call the airline they will tell you that since you booked through hotwire, they cant do anything for you.
