Hourly rate for a medical receptionist

So my morning went from bad to almost ok. I sent my resume to 3 places, got a phone call from one for an interview tomorrow.

How much should I ask for if they ask me what I want to get paid? It's a full time medical receptionist position in Queens/LI border.

I would say 15-20 an hr. But I am not sure that is to high....
I have seen some med receptionist jobs paying 10-12....

I am looking for a new job as well.... good luck!

Yea I saw it but its in Bohemia which is over an hour away from me

I was going to say the same thing ... I know they usually get paid around 10-12 dollars an hour

I'm gonna shoot for $14, they'll prob offer me less. I don't want to ask for $12 and then they offer me $10 -- I'll let you girls know how it goes tomorrow.
