The pic here doesn't do it justice. It is really cute and well-maintained. It isn't extended, but I heard they redid the entire downstairs and it is a large open floorplan with a new kitchen and a fireplace!
Very cute house and the price is good. I am so curious, I want to call the agent and pretend I am looking, so I can see it

I added that to my list of houses to see. I'll let you know when I go to see it It concerns me that there are no pictures of the inside though, usually, when it's really nice, they want to put extra pictures up?

Is that why they dont post inside pics on some? I always wondered that.

I'm not totally sure, but it's what I'm seeing. I just started looking, and I asked them not to take me to any more that I can't screen. I was scared when I walked into one of them

Could be, but I don't think that is the case here. It says excel+ and maybe they haven't had a chance - I believe it just went on the market. My MIL said a friend of hers saw it and really liked it, but they were looking for something to make into a mother/daughter and since they opened up the downstairs you couldn't do that.

Oh, don't get me wrong... if it says Excellent, Mint or Diamond condition... I know the inside is worth looking at.
I saw one last night where the outside pix looked confusing. I even said, humm.. looks strange, but LET ME TELL YOU.... this was in Hicksville & the inside is brand spanking NEW!!!! Everything was ripped out and the kitchen isn't even finished yet. They have to finsh putting in the new cabinets & dishwasher... the main bathroom is all brand new ceramic white tile and the HUGE master bedroom has 2 full closets w/ a brand new full bathroom w/ that cute little white/black tiling on the floor! The 2nd and 3rd bdrm's were really nice sizes too. The LR had a fire place was brand new marble w/ hardwood floors and a formal dining room... SOOOOO, needless to say, I do know the outside can just be cosmetic.
The setback of this was the location. It's off of a major street- first house on the block next to a store.... not sure about that though- but worth a second look
