HOUSE IN CENTERPORT FOR SALE!

Check this out:

Centerport house -- A realtor recently told me if a house is ranked in 'good' condition, you should get your bulldozers out (as OPPOSED to mint or diamond>>>)

This house is ranked in 'poor' condition with remarks to 'use your imagination' and it's $$$!

GOTTA LOVE LONG ISLAND!

I just don't understand............ This market makes no sense to me

The reason for the rankings is because by saying 'good' homeowners don't get insulted. The way it is ranked is good, excellent, mint, diamond, and new. Some agents will put pluses next to something if they feel it falls somewhere in the middle. But think about it, if you were a seller, and you loved your house and think it's the Taj Majal, then you see your ad on MLS (all sellers go and look at their house ad) and the agent put despicable--they'd be pretty upset. So, that is why it starts at good!

Whoever posted this house obviously didn't have the heart to start this house at 'good' --
