It looks as if the kitchen needs to be remodeled. The pictures arent that great....but I guess if you say the area is an expensive one then its a good deal. I dont know much about Suffolk. Scott

Wow that is a great price for that area. The house needs updating but that is a good deal. I already bought my place but I still love looking at houses...keep posting!

Its defiantly a great price for East Setauke and Three Village SD! DH and I dont live too far from there but its on Old Town Road, which is a pretty busy road! And to me it looks like it needs a lot of work.

If you're willing to do some work and deal with living on a main road, it's worth the $$.
That area of Setauket/East Setauket is in the $300 range.....if you head north of 25a you're going into the big $$ area.

I always thought 3 Village School district would be so much more $$$$! I am actually feeling much better about housing on Long Island now!

that house has no basement, no dining room, is on a main road, and is near major power lines...thats why its so inexpensive.

Oh well, considering I didn't pay too much less for a 1 bedroom condo in Ronkonkoma it still sounds good to me! I'd do it to get my kids (when I have them) into three village schools!
