Yes, I ordered my BM dresses from them, it has been 3 months, still no shipment. I changed the dresses, so now I don't even want them, but I can't cancel the order, I am stuck with them. They have great prices but their customer service is horrible. I had numerous issues with them.
I ordered a dress for my brother's wedding from there. It did take about 2-3 months, but they tell you that before you order (the same as a bridal shop!) I saved a lot of $$ by going through them and had NO problems!
I didn't order mine through them, but my FSIL ordered her BM dresses from them. The price was definitely much better, but when she cancelled her wedding they wouldn't let her cancel the order. So now she has a bunch of Bill Levkoff BM dresses sitting in the closet.
