House of Sand and Fog

I saw it on saturday nite with FW.. What a great movie! I really enjoyed it. I wanted to try to see The Passion.. but FW says it's too tough for her so I won't make her.

Heard that FFIL wants to see it and my BEST MAN as well.. so maybe I will go with them.

Sometimes I feel the same way about different movies that get good reviews. Don't tell my FW.. but I really didn't get 'The English Patient.' It was good but didn't move me.

Seriously.. it was.. two of the lead characters were nomniated for Oscars.

I liked the acting I just couldnt get the whole drama part of it. She should if paid her bills

Haven't seen the movie but the book was REALLY good. I hear the movie and the book have different endings...

Ben Kingsley and his 'wife' in the movie were nominated but not the lead actress

Jennifer Connelly.. I never saw Beautiful Mind.. which gets me yelled at by FW.. LOL

Then again..she's never seen Airplane!.. so I think a compromise is in order.
