I want to have a little get together at FH and my condo we just bought. Do I send out invites? Who do I invite? Friends? Family? Friends and Family? Or don't have one at all?

I would invite both family and friends. I don't know if I would send out invitations, I think I would just call or ask them in person.

We combined our housewarming and engagement party... I sent out evites, and asked people to NOT bring gifts, but of course, they did...

We decided to wait and had a BBQ over the summer. It wasn't officially a 'housewarming', but we did get a lot of great gifts for our home. We invited both family and friends. I sent out invites.
