I am not sure of everyones amount of money they want to spend or what amenities you are looking for. I will just post the houses that I think are nice and worth the money. All houses will be under the $7000 tax bracket.
Bethpage for $429,990

Seaford built in 1888 but has had some renovation done.

Bellmore big dutch colonial located on howell street off Newbridge

Massapequa for $464k

Merrick $469k

Bellmore for $429k Danielle and I looked at this house and loved it. 3 bedrooms, 2 of them were small though, no dining room, huge eat in kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and the whole house was redone. big driveway, garage and large backyard. this house is also on howell street. it is next to the other dutch colonial i listed before

This one has a rental apartment in the basement. Looks clean but may need some updating

N Bellmore Split. Check out the inside pics nice

I know the taxes are $7310 but this house is really nice...In bellmore

I looked at this house at an open house. It was blown up and back I think. It is beautiful on the inside and out...Taxes are low too

WOW Look at that kitchen

This house is really nice...Just not really in a great location. The house used to be an old small dutch colonial that needed to be renovated. It was completely gutted and expanded. It is amazing looking. The property is mostly house and not really any yard but it is a big house. The house is located on Bellmore road across from the smithville cafe

We looked, got stressed out and decided to wait till we had more than 10% saved. We went and got pre qualified too....

We have a really nice apartment and the rent is low so we can save money....We arent in any rush to buy a house and put ourselves into debt...So maybe another year or so.

We originally said we would save for 3 years so maybe then...I dont know.

Beautiful homes Scott! Even though Brad and I won't be looking for at least a couple of years, I love to fantasize about having our own house.

looks like it is on a main road but the price and taxes are reasonable. looks GREAT from the pics.

listed as excellent w/ no additional pics. doesn't look bad from the outside though. new windows, hardwood floors and located on a cul-de-sac.
