Houston, we have a problem...

IM STILL OBSESSED WITH LANDS END!!!!!

I never thought I would love a venue as much as I did Jericho Terrace...but with Lands End I love the look, the reviews, the decor, the food...I need to get married here!

ANY info will be helpful....I would ideally like April/May/June of 2013 Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday.

The range from April to June is anywherw from $115 to $170 or more. I'd call and make an appointment to discuss it with a banquet manager.

For April 27, 2013 (still off peak for LE), I think I was quoted $170/person (not including tax or gratuity or any upgrades) with a minimum of 150 guests. The more guests you can guarantee, the lower the price drops. FYI, the first weekend in May starts their peak season.

ETA: If you are open to earlier in April for a Friday or Sunday, I'm sure they will work with you!! Call them up to discuss. They are very nice.

I'm getting married there in a week...if it's in your price range do it! It's really dependant on the number of people you have and the day of the week.

The off seasons is usually Nov thru Mar so that's when you will prolly find the cheapest prices.

spoke to the BM for Lands End this weekend, the prices are not as bad as ppl think if you are willing to compromise a little...I can FM anyone interested in any date for 2013

I'm also obsessed! It's definitely more expensive than others, but it is doable. I'm getting married there in October and I love it!

congrats! I set up an in person meeting for this weekend and hopefully we will leave with a wedding date!!! im so friggin excited but FH may not go for it...we will see

Good luck! I'm rooting for you. I am booked at flowerfield, also In the lovin oven family, and they are my favorite vendor. Lands End and Flowerfield are a bit pricier, but I feel like if you can swing it, it's worth it. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I loved that place too, but it was out of our price range. I do know they offer Thurs nights too.

Yes, my deposit was also $1000. We also made payments late in our contract, just because we've been so busy that we forgot to make a payment. But they did not harass us about it, just sent us a friendly reminder in the mail. I liked that also :)
