Houston's Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I absolutely love it! I've been trying to find the recipe online that'll come close to the real thing and found this:

For those of you that have had it - what do you think? I'm making it today for lunch

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip


Original recipe yield:
4 cups
PREP TIME 20 Min
COOK TIME 25 Min
READY IN 45 Min
INGREDIENTS
· 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
· 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
· 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
· 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
· 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
· 1/3 cup heavy cream
· 1/2 cup sour cream
· 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a blender or food processor, place artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic . Pulse until chopped, but not ground. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, heavy cream, sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Stir in artichoke mixture. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly

Update: I made a slightly different version that claimed to be exactly like Houstons. While DH loved it, I wasn't all that crazy about it. Didn't really taste like houstons, but still good.

It's probably my fault b/c once I looked at the fat content of the different cheeses - I couldn't bring myself to get the super fat chese and opted out for the low fat versions. I'm SURE that changed the taste a lot. The next time I have a dinner party, I'll make just like the recipe says and see what happens.
