How about a thread for last minute little details we may forget...

I'll start:

Print out directions to my house and fh's house for limo drivers, florist, photographer, video....etc.

print out all vendors phone # for the day of in case of a problem

all vendor phone numbers on a page, and emailed to BM to put in pocket - also taping it to the inside of the box of stuff to be used for the ceremony (candle, ketubah) so it will be at the hall

-prepare envelopes for tips, and any final payments you will make the day of

-be sure all your bridal jewelery & stockings etc are all together in one place

-have plane tix & passports or B Certs ready for HM

-be sure to get honeymoon toiletries, exta batteries & film for camera, lingerie etc.

Rehearsal Dinner:
Bring marriage license to wedding rehearsal
Bring pre-cana certificate to wedding rehearsal
Bring unity candles to wedding rehearsal
Bring gifts for bridal party
Bring menus for dinner
Give wedding bands to husband to give to Best Man
Bring packed suitcase for honeymoon night

Day before:
Confirm hair appointment
Confirm make-up appointment
Confirm limos
Confirm florist
Confirm videographer
Confirm photographer
Confirm band

The BIG day:
Switch engagement ring to right hand
Bring contract file for:
Hall
Limo
Photographer
Videographer
Flowers
Band
Bring extra copies of readings
Bring extra copies of direction cards
Tip Envelopes
Cash
Must take photo list
