My boss was telling me today how her daughter is a flower girl in her husband's cousin's wedding (and how she thinks the FG dress is so ugly, but that's beside the point) and the wedding is apparently in upstate NY. Ceremony at a church, and reception at a (wait for it) CORRECTIONAL FACILITY?? Apparently it has a catering room and holds functions, but she couldn't believe it when she saw that on the invitation! I'm sure it's fine and nice, but I just can't imagine having to write correctional facility on my wedding invitation.....I'd think they would at least have a fancy name for it!

That's what She thought too, maybe he works there b/c he was in the armed forces, and now isn't so she wasn't sure what he was doing, but her MIL told her no, they have no connection to the place, it's just a catering room that's attached to a correctional facility.....
.....our secretary asked if the inmates were the cooks and waitstaff!

I don't, but my boss said her husband looked it up and it's a legit place that holds functions....b/c they couldn't believe it! I think it's in upstate NY somewhere....

haha seriously! My boss said her husband is making a dvd of photos of the bride and groom as a part of their gift and is going to set it to music like Jail House Rock, and other things with Jail in the title!!!
