How active is your FH's in your wedding planning? I'm having a problem with mine. Please help me before I get mad and it's typical behavior!

I do most of it. I've done a lot of research for ideas, I've picked out vendors to meet, I've made he appointments... all he has had to do is go with me to meet people. And even that is a project. Mostly he says 'yes dear, just try not to spend over X amount' He spoils me!!

FH picked the date
helped choose the place (after I did all the reserch, he agreed n the one m,y heart was set on)
and is surprizing me w/ where & what for our honeymoon
Everything else is me, My mom, FMIL, MOH &the BMs & of course the the of LIW

He is very excited to get married and have a family but in terms of wedding planning, it is like 90% up to me - He is interested in music and listening to bands / picking out songs - thats it
He only has one day off a week so I can't drag him around too much - It is TOTALLY fine with me!!!

OK So I shouldnt be upset if he isnt to into giving ideas? Because everything I ask him is like I dunno...And I ask him does he know anything because everything n everytime I ask him is I dunno?

He is pretty active in the planning. He comes with me to anything wedding related, except the bridal show he didn't go to he had a softball game. He gives me some of his ideas, and helps me with some decisions

Wow I think right now it's the other way around in my case!
He says it's because he's an only child But it's really bad because if I see a cute kid I try to get his attention somewhere else! Otherwise he's like 'Mel I want one!'

I'll ask FH simple questions even abut the color of the BP and he's like your the bride what ever you want , all I care about is marring you & the honeymoon

Mine is involved but I do all the research. All the 'ideas' such as seating arrangements and such I have come up with and he just listens and hears cha ching!

haha true thats how it is. Not like hes doing research and all that lol. I kinda make it easy for him, which we all do basically. He'll come up with some ideas, but nothing he had to research or anything close to that.

I try to get FH's attention when i see a baby or a cute kid too - all he says is 'We need to have a baby' Like i said on the other post, he has baby fever worse than me!!
You should definitely be set on whether you want kids or not before you get married though, or it will be a big issue later on - JMO
I dont mind at all that he doesnt help me plan, i show him things and he says ,'Whatever makes you happy' which is better than if he had an actual opinion and we argued about it so im fine with it

Mine is more excited about a baby too. He was also saying that our wedding is over year and a half away... we can get pregnant, and still have it all in order. I'm like, uh noooooo..... so on my wedding night, I'll have to be like so and so... can you watch the baby??? hell no!
