It's about a month a nd a half left. How long before are you supposed to get your marriage licence?? And what's are the steps I need to go through exactly to get one?? Thanks so much!!!

go now, just in case you run into BS like we did. you and FH each need a picture ID (drivers license or passport) AND proof of age (birth certificate or baptismal certificate.... apparently the passport / driver's license don't count ) and a check for $40....
it's valid for 60 days, so you're already in the green zone!
Any town hall will be able to issue it. The town hall will be able to tell you everything you need to bring as well as what time they are open late just incase you can't get off from work
