My boss is awesome, he's totally laid back. But when things need to get done, or somebody is slacking, he doesn't just let it slide... you've got to have that combination.

I have an AWESOME boss as well. He doesn't care if I come in on time, or take 2-3 hour lunches or leave early to go get my nails done. As long as the work is done and he know what is going on. It makes me work extra hard since he is so cool.
ETA: I used to work for the Queen of the bi@tches, so I appreciate my new, great boss so much more.

Hmm..I used to have the boss from hell, so some people might rate my current boss as worse than I would, but when I compare her to my last boss she is only a 4

I can't complain about my boss. she is really good to me - although about 2 years ago I had the boss from hell. I think he made me cry at least once a day.

I love my boss, he's like a 2nd Dad, so he's great but like a dad he can work my nerves, I wouldn't trade him for anything though
