When people first asked me how it feels to be married I would say 'no different' but now it kind of does. I love being married and love that the wedding planning is over. Now I have to write my thank yous and pick out pictures for my album

I love it. I love being called Mr and Mrs. and I feel like I am exactly where I belong. I also like having more time to enjoy each other's company - we're not scheduling appts with vendors, or doing DIYs or planning the event anymore.
HM was great...won the newlywed game at our hotel (beat out 14 other honeymooning couples!), won a free trip to go back to the Riviera Maya for our first anniversary, great weather, great people. The only negative was that I lost our digital camera, but DH is so sweet he cheered me up by saying, it's just $, it's better that we lost our camera than one of our wedding bands. So nice!
We are waiting for our proofs so we can do our Thank You's!

same here, and very unexpectedly, DH always said he wanted to at LEAST wait a year, all of a sudden, he says 10/24/06 will be a good time to start trying, exactly a month after the wedding lol...wierdo ;)

We are loving married life! We finally have time to ourselves. No more driving to meet vendors for this and that...we are settling in and I'm making all the name changes. I'm sad that we can't relive the day again but we look at our proofs every chance we get. Now we have to choose a thank you. Had a fantastic time in Aruba.

Loving being married. Just got back from our HM so still getting settled but I love calling him my husband. It's so great!! Whoo hoo.

Although I don't feel very different, I do feel great. we were so happy and committed during the engagement (and we've lived together for almost 2 years), that it hasn't changed much.

Though, I'm so happy the wedding planning is over.

So far...everything still is perfect after a month. But I still wish I were back in Mexico instead of grey/cold NY. My tan is fading. :(

Friday Im finally going to SS and DMV to change my name....then, there's no turning back. LOL

Everything's going great though it is definitely weird to not be planning anything anymore. I'm in a very anti-wedding state of mind lately but I'm slowly coming out of it. For awhile there I didn't even care about seeing my proofs or getting my video or anything like that.

Now I'm looking forward to our friends' wedding this Saturday as it will be our first as a married couple and I'm waiting on my proofs (photographer has had some family issues that have slowed her down a bit) and I've officially changed my name everywhere that matters (though it is odd to go from Ms. H to Mrs. M!!)

slowwwwly changing my name... doing the got passport today!

Did my SS card, one of the bank accounts, and one of my CC's, and mortgage...

need to do other cc's, drivers license, 2 other cc's (i never use 'em so may not change 'em), car loan, car title, house title, my NY bank account... humm what else...

Trying to get stuff together for the photographer for the video and stuff.. MIL is being a PITA!!!!

Life is good, and our puppy is growing SOOOOO fast, she is so sweet and smart.. @ 12 weeks she roll's over, bumps her mouth to your when saying 'give kiss', sits, lays down, get's her sqeaky when told, and fetches and brings it back!.. some stuff shes been doing before 12 weeks but

I finally got around to call all the credit companies yesterday! My name will be changed on those immediately and I'll get my new cards in 7-10 bus. days!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!
