How are these tips??

Ok, I am trying to be super organized and get my tip envelopes all together (so i dont spend the $ on myself hehe)

Maitre 'D: $500 (160 guests)
Bridal Assistant: $100 (may be more, depends on service)
Limos: $40 each
MC: $50 (owner)
DJ: $40
Photo: $50 (owner)
Photo ***'t.: $40
Flower Delivery: $20
Hair: $30
Makeup: $30

Please be honest and tell me if I am being cheap with any of them! I seriously have NO clue how much to tip, I am combining all the info I have read on here.

And am I forgetting anyone?

What about waitstaff? When I used to waitress, we would get tips for parties. I never actually did a wedding though. Just regular parties.
