organizing your wedding plans? Are you using any program or just a planner? Software program? I'm really interested in how you are organizing your addresses?

Addresses are in excel.
Vendor information/conracts etc are in a binder

I have an acordion file, but my plans are a mess right now...

I have a planner I bought in Barnes and Noble but I'm using Excel for the guest list.

I am definately the most organized person I know. I started years ago by organizing my friends weddings. Some of my friends have referred to me as the Bree on 'Desperate Housewives' Uggggh, scary comparison!
So when we became engaged, I already had my Favorited folders in MS Explorer ,saved according to bride, groom, home, finances and subfolders within. My MS files and Word files had adress labels typed for them so that way I helped them and simultaneously helped myself.
I also started subscribing a year ago to home decor magazines and some cooking magazines. I immediately transfer any clippings to their respective binders and toss the magazine immediately. I have about three binders with indexes-wedding, recipes, registry/furnishing. Husband needs to get fed and he loves the recipe binder.
Organization is the key. That is my forte thank God!
