How are you including accomodation info in your invite?
Hi! I need to make up a card with accomodation information to go into my invitations today. Anyone have any samples or ideas they can share?

My hotel provided me wih cards...ask if they have some.
My friend had hers printed with her save the dates so maybe the printer can do something like that for you.

I got cards from the hotel and included them with the Save the Dates. I will send another copy out with the invitations along with a 'list of things to do on LI' for all OOTers as I'm getting married on a holiday weekend but will not be providing entertainment all weekend for the OOTers... I figure I'd be exhausted by the time Monday came, the day of the wedding.
Oh, I also fudged the deadline for booking hotel rooms. I made it two months early as I need an early rsvp date. Teacher getting married July 4th so my rsvp date will be May 1st.

My hotel didn't provide them, so I had a print shop put the info on the back of the hall's direction card. I figured the fewer inserts, the better.

I got the direction cards to the Sheraton from them. I also did the following myself:
Directions: To the Church From the Church to the reception From the reception to the church (in case people go there to check in and then come to the church)
I had to think of everything because my family tends to get LOST!

We sent hotel information with our STDs since we will be having a lot of OOT guests. We also added the information to the directional cards.

I had a card made up with the accommodations info and all the different directions on it. I didn't want to have all the loose papers in there.
