Are you doing the odd numbers on one side and even on the other? Is there any tradition as far as if the bride's family gets the odd or even numbered tables?

One side gets odd and one side gets even.

us too. I assumed this on my own but it is actually what the hall told us to do when we went for our menu planning
You may want to ask them about it since they may have theor own set up already...

My hall hall also gave me the set up, it turned out to be odd on one side, and even on the other.

We are actually using names but the hall told me that they usually do odds and evens. I think the brides side would be the odd.

Yes, bride's side is odd so that the bride's immediate family gets Table 1.

Re: How are you numbering tables?
My hall had them set up and numbered for me in a diagram already. I didn't get to choose. I think this way the servers know what's what for each party.

Re: How are you numbering tables?
My hall gave me a diagram of the tables but I fill in the numbers myself. They said people do it all different ways, but I decided to do it the odd/even way. So I guess my side gets the odd numbers then. Should my side be the left or right side?

I put myself on the left, groom on the right, same as it would be for the ceremony.
