How or what are you using to keep all your planning straight?? Books? Computer programs?? just wondering...

I have a really detailed excel spreadsheet and also have a binder with dividers that has all of my contracts, ideas, pictures of gowns, flowers, ect..
I also hired a DOC
I also have a really really detailed Excel spreadsheet......with everything from vendor information to guest list, budget, list of gifts received (and whether I sent thank you notes)...
I also have an accordian binder to keep actual papers, ideas, contracts, etc.
Did I mention that I am a librarian???

Same here. I'm known amongst my friends for my excel spreadsheets, but it helps me keep order.

same here! I have an excel spreadsheet with breakdowns and estimates (estimate for things that havent been booked). I also keep emails from vendors, just in case I need a record. I also have my contracts in an accordian folder as well as pics of things I like.

I have a HUGE planner binder that now contains a bunch of file folders also. It is growing as we speak!

I'm with you on this. I'm not organized. All of my stuf fis in one wedding box that I go through every once in awhile and get rid of stuff I no longer find interesting.......LOL....... Definitely need to be more organized.
