Im trying to ween (sp?) myself off of the bad foods so that I can work on losing a few pounds before the first fitting. My question is, how bad can one cup of tea be every morning? I just think of the sugar (which I cut back on) but I feel like I need something warm in the cold morning to get me going.
Decaf tea is the best. Green tea or white tea is supposed to have really good antioxidents.
Tea is fine to drink, the benefits out-weigh anything else. I do a low carb diet (South Beach) and you are allowed it...
Try decaf green tea. You don't need milk or sugar. Put some lemon in it and even a drop of honey and it is really good.

i like tea, most teas i drink w/o sugar or milk.. well sometimes sugar in the form of honey.. but i LOVE Jasmin pearl tea... i dont use sugar or milk in it at all!!! if you need a pinch or 2 of sugar is enough...

i loved their ginsin green tea.. awesome w/o adding stuff, i heard it changed alittle and i have not had it since it changed.. - was my fav till it changed...

They have lots of different teas.. all loose so you need an infuser thing or loose tea bags...

No i don't think so. I just started this tea addiction two months ago :) I have about 50 of those little tins on top of my microwave with my 'special' cup. My favorite flavor of the week is Fox Trot. :)

My FH started the addiction. He thought it would be a great gift for me. Turned into a hobby actually. I'm a tea snob now. :)
Tea is good for you. Especially green tea.
