I think it depends on how much milk- if you just use a splash, I can't see it being a problem, even if you drink a lot (which I do). I've always been a big tea drinker and it never kept me from losing weight, though I always use Equal or Splenda.

I'm skeptical of those weight loss teas (well, more afraid to mess with stuff like that, actually) and I don't really like green tea. But even regular tea is good for you.

i drink lipton tea, with fat free milk...sometimes sugar, sometimes splenda. Is this really bad?

I really don't think so- I think on its own that tea has very few calories.

Thank you! I find myself drinking several cups of tea a day since it has been so cold.

Green Tea is good especially if you get the flavored ones. Right now at home I have peach green tea and decaf green tea, and at work I have green tea with lemon.

At home I take a splenda and some Davinci Vanilla sugar free syrup and stir it...It is sooo yummy

Most teas are actually really really good for you (Green, White and Black teas all are great) - it's the caffeine that is no good in large amounts. Therefore, you should drink decaf all day long, and if you need caffeine, you should just have a cup or two of that in the morning and then switch to decaf later.
