How bad is this?

I desperately want to get my PRE-WEDDING look back! I mean, I loved how I look on the day itself & the HM, but thus after, I feel old, fat and ugly!

Does anyone else feel like this?
I want to really get back and shap after the holidays, but i love carbs and I think thats the huge problem.

Also, for someone thats 5'0 , whats an average weight?

Re: How bad is this?

I don't weigh myself. I would assume that I probably gained a good 5lbs since the wedding. But it isn't anything out of the norm. I always struggle with the same 5 lbs here and there.

I think my weight pretty much stayed the same, I might have gained 5 lbs, but I was much more toned for the wedding, I need to start going back to the gym!

Me!!! I gained & everytime I see my wedding video or pictures I am so digusted that I let myself go! We just bought an ellptical machine on Friday, so once the holidays are done with, I am back on that for 45 minutes daily!!!!

Re: How bad is this?

I definitely gained weight after the wedding. Then I went back to the gym. While I don't think I have actually lost any weight, I am definitely more toned. I like my arms better now than on my wedding day. I'm 4'11 and have no idea what I weigh. However, I am definitely feeling better since I started working out. I now have the mentality that I don't care what I weigh- I just want to be fit and feel good.
