how big were your proofs?
the black and whites are 4x6 but the colored are 5x4 9/10, do you think I could use a 5x5 album?

You can use a 5x5 book for the colored ones. The B&W won't fit. Maybe you can get those inserts like for a binder so you can mix and match.
