How can go about getting FH to come to the G2G?

He already thinks I'm nutz cause when we went to the bridal showcase there were a few brides who recognized me from the site. After we left he called me psycho internet lady. What the hell do I tell him about the G2G? I don't think he will want to go...

Just tell him that there are other FH's that go... Its not like were going to a girly place... DnB is nice for everyone...

Do you guys have alot of mutual friends? Because before this site Brian and I didnt really have any mutual friends. After going to two G2Gs with me, we ended up becoming friends with 5 other couples and we hang out alot now as a group...or even just on a double date (since some of them live much further away- its difficult to see them). So we ended up forming our own little group of friends instead of having 'my friends' and 'his friends'

Nah we don't really have any friends and anytime I ask him does he want to do stuff with my friends he rather not so usually I just go alone

ETA: Not a lot of couples friends, but I keep trying to make some but he is antisocial I think...

well what i found great about meeting couples from this site was that everyone can relate to eachother. we're all going through the same thing at the same time. its nice to understand eachother.

my FH thinks I'm crazy too but he's getting warmed up to the idea of me meeting total strangers all the time. lol.

with that being said, his schedule is really crazy and even if he did have off on a day of a g2g, it wouldn't necessarily be the way he would want to spend his time. But he'd tell me to go 'do my thang'.

I am almost positive my FH wouldnt come and I could just see his family being like huh where are you going who are you meeting up with hahaha but I am still keeping it in my schedule bc I'm pretty psyched!! :)
