How can I

I recieved a Chocolate statue at a wedding I just went to and I am look to preserve it. Where can I find a clear lacqeur spray to do so.

I do not htink you can preserve food like that. What you might want to do is to ask a restaurant that has the dessert tray that is the lacquared pieces of cake and such. I beleive that that is not real food that is lacquared but different materials that are formed

I tried the Chocolate duck and they suggested Confectioners glaze, so I bought it and put it on but yesterday it was so hot it melted, so I had to throw away my choc. statue
