My nails are so weak that break so easily ...... Any advice???

You can also take hair and nail vitamins and they make your hair and nails grown in strong and healthy.

I've been taking Nioxin Nail Vitamins (from Ulta), which has been a MIRACLE for me. LOVE IT! My nails are SO strong... usually at this point, they would peel or break.
I also put on Orly Natural Defense about 2x per week, and that helps, too.
And I wear those ugly yellow gloves when I wash dishes.

I like sally hanson products... like diamond nails and anything for chipping and peeling. Try to keep a bottle with you and put a coat on once a day, every other day, whenever you think of it. Then take it off every 4-5 days and start over. That really works for me and my nails peel a lot!

After I got engaged I stopped biting my nails (lifelong habit) so they grow and break all the time. Someone told me to get that Sally hard nail stuff, I just got it this weekend and I'm going to try it, I'll let you know how it works for me! XOXOXOXO Kitty

mosturize them constantly and try and leave polish off for a little while and mosturize them a milion times a day. Thats what my dermotologist said

Sounds funny but, eating jello also helps them grow/get stronger. Gelatin is good for nails.
