thats probably the easiest way without having to reformat the document

ok. how do i do that lol
press the Print Screen button... go to Paint ... then go to file and Paste...
then you can save it to photobucket and post it here

i have a mac, so idk about pcs, but on a mac press shift+apple key+4 at the same time and a curser will come up-click and highlight the area and it creates a file on the desktop-just resave it as jpeg

If you already saved it as a jpg, upload to your album. Then go to view it in your album, right click on the picture, scroll to properties at the bottom, copy the address URL.
The within the post, click Insert Web Image Once the window pops up, paste the URL address.
Click preview to make sure you can see it before hitting submit. This always works for me....
