I just took off my gel nails, and my real nails are in such bad shape...they never did grow very well, but I'm going to make a good faith attempt at it.
Does anyone have any recommendations for any nail strengtheners...I hear a LONG time ago that NailTek put out some really good vitamin coat for the nails, but that was years ago.
I'm take any suggestions...my nails are desperate!

Nailtique is great and a little pricy but well worth it Go to Ulta or CVS

Nailtek is the cheap version of nailtique. I do not know if it works as well or not.

Another vote for Nailtique - I had gels for months and them took them off at the end of March. My nails are just back to normal. It takes awhile....

My nails are strongest when I get regular manicures (weekly)
But I have heard that prenatal vitamins really work!

Yup, prenatal vitamins will certainly do it but beware if you take them and aren't pregnant! Too much a good thing CAN hurt you!! Seriously - you put your liver into overdrive trying to break that stuff down since you may not have a little one to direct it to.
