You have 3 options...
1) Use the re-sizer button (above, next to Forum Mail and Logout) and have them size your pic and send it back to you
OR
Use your computer's photo software program to make the picture smaller then attach it
2) Upload your pictures to a community album on LIW and post the link
OR
Upload them to a community album and the go to each picture, right click on Properties, copy the Address/URL, go to your post and click on 'Insert Web Image' (on the left hand side) and paste the address you copied
3) Upload your pictures to shutterfly or snapfish and follow the copy and paste properties above

You have to click on 'Insert Web Link' on the right (under the emoticons) and then paste the link...
