How can you make a cut heal faster?

I have a cut on my face and what it to heal a little faster so it is not as big for my eparty, dose anybody know how to make it heal faster?

I don't know how you feel about this - but keeping a band-aid on it helps heel faster.....maybe have it on just at night?

Vasoline also helps it heal faster.

bacitracin, don't cover the cut with a band-aid, it takes longer to heal
