I fell 11 lbs short...since the wedding I've gained roughly 20lbs or so. Up 2 pants sizes...not a good thing. I'm using stress as my excuse, but something has to give. Anyone ever read The Spark or check out sparkpeople.com?

Now that we've got the rental house going, I'm thinking of working WW back into my life. I should be able to establish some kind of managable routine now.

blah. my 'goal' changes so between 7-12 pounds away and NOT trying at all lately. already lost about 22 lbs.

my legit reason is i graduate in 2 weeks and have finals to write plus my last week at field plus a conference presentation so i'm all over the place. once my schedule becomes more regular and consistent i plan on working with a trainer and getting back on track.

I haven't weighed myself lately. Nobody got us the scale we registered for. LOL! But I've lost inches and it feels great! I could lose another inch though and be happy!

ugh well over the summer i had gotten down to like 5 lbs within my goal weight. but then i put a few back on so im nore like 9 lbs away.

I was only 5.5 pounds away in February, but I fell off the wagon and now I'm 9.5 pounds away. Still trying though!

I've been there for a while, just toning and leaning down. In this process, I'll drop 5 more pounds probably but gain muscle..

I am 10-15lbs away from my goal. I will reevaluate once I reach the 10lbs goal. I really would love to lose the full 15.
