I have a BP of 6 and none of them offer tod o anythign weding related with me?
How come if my mom can't come with me I am doing these things alone?!
How come for two of my closest friends I went above and beyond for their bridal and baby showers and see NADA for me?!
How come I am going to a hair trial alone today since my mom can't go?!
I am so over this crapola

They pretend like I didn't even bring it up which is even more aggitating!
For example...'My mom and I are going to the florist we'd love it if you came.'
BM 1 'Oh do you know what kind of flowers you want?'
Me 'Well that's why we are going to see what we want and to book them.'
BM1 'Oh that should be exciting, I had beautiful flowers you hsould go where I went.'

I'm sorry you're going through this!!!! I felt similarly about things before, but in the end I decided to focus on the positive (there ARE people that are interested and there to help me with what I need) and not worry about the negative. It's hard, but that's really all you can do.

I think my BP is the same group of girls you have The ones that wanted to go-couldnt...the ones that could-DIDNT! Try not to let it bother you-really the few times I had them with me it was more aggravation then anything

Im sorry your BP is being like this. I think I have the same girls too. I think the sad reality is the bride and groom are the only ones that care about the wedding. at least thats the way I have been feeling lately.

I let mine have it when they were doing this. So only one stepped up. Thanks goodness my mom and sister are great!

So sorry to hear that. I have been doing some things alone as well, but my friedns all have kids, business' and my mom and sis live in CT. FH helps where he can, but I am trying to be understanding of everyone having lives. I too put a lot into their weddings, but am waiting till it's all over to make a judgement on who has been there and who hasn't. I think in the end they will all pull thru! Hopefully your girls will too. Did you ask them if they were free at all before you made your appt?

I am so sorry you are going through this. Try to find SOMEONE to go with you to your trial though. You'll want someone else's honest opinion when she does different styles for you. Good luck and, more importantly, have fun!!
