How come I can't post pics?

I keep trying to post pictures and it's not working. What am I doing wrong??

The pic you are posting is probably too large. You can click on resizer (under wedding chat) & they will email you the smaller picture to post.

I'm clueless with this too...for some reaon I can't even cut and paste pics of bouquets or dresses to post.
