jess your baking has inspired me!... i was at michales yesterday and today getting Tshirts and i saw a cake decorating class and im dying to take it.. but i dont think i can get anyone to go with me
it's awesome, you learn so much! Definitely take it, even if you have to do it by yourself. I'm sure one of the 08ers would take it with you! Does anyone live near you?
i have to get more info on it... but it looks so cool you get to learn foundant (sp)
yea!! I learned fondant but I never use it because it is such a PIA and everyone just peels it off and doesn't eat it because it tastes like poop

I know I was so excited to learn how to do it and then it tasted like poop and I was pissed. But there is a marshmallow fondant recipe that is yummy but I can't master it, I tried! You'll meet a lot of fun people even if you go by yourself. I signed up with a coworker of mine and she never came so I pretty much did it by myself and had an awesome time.
