Um, yea...lol is this really something he's concerned about??

They either just ask or its understood. They don't 'ask' in any special way. They just make a phone call or send a text, as far as Im concerned.

Well he wasn't planning on it but his two friends are getting married before us and both did something so now he feels he should. I suggested getting beer mugs and engraving on them.

My FH did it in person. I think it is really nice that he wants to do something sweet. FH wanted it in person so he could say everything and whatnot.

He just randomly tells his friends when he sees them lol.... it's SO the opposite of what I did! (I had a little get-together and wrote them a poem and framed it with a pic of me and each individual BM)...I swear, he makes friends with EVERYONE he meets I told him the guy who works at the bagel store CANNOT be a GM!!!!!!!! lol

If its something he wants to do then yea he should be 'concerned' about it.

I like the beer mug idea or maybe just take the guys out for a boys night (Dave & Busters, paintballing etc) or something and ask them that way.
