They new it was coming but, my side was real happy!!! Fh isnt that close with is family so for the exception of his mom, dad and sister, that know, they were happy.

My parents were super excited, although my dad knew since FH asked him a few days before he proposed.
FILs sounded shocked... I think his dad still thinks he's a little kid! Then they were happy.

his were happy , they knew it was going to happen before i did, he gave his mom the ring to hide it her house because we live together and he didnt want me seeing it. mine werent surpirsed, we have a kid and live together, they figured we would get married one day

His family is wierd.......His mother and his brother were there when he proposed and they seemed happy. His sister is another story............can you believe she didnt even say congrats to us?? After the engagement we went to her house and she didnt say a word to me.

What pissed me off even more was that his niece (her daughter who is 9) even reached for my hand and said that the ring was beautiful and that she was happy IN FRONT OF HER MOTHER!!! and she stood shut! Can u believe that??

thats crazy, she obviously isnt happy about it, but yeah i wouldnt give a **** either, thats her problem if she wants to be miserable about it, a simple congrats would have been nice

My parents were a lil shocked. They knew it was comming i think they just didn't realize how soon. lol His parents were not surprised at all., but both sides were really happy and excited

my parents crie and they were sooo happy.. and they knew it was coming.. my mother knew the day he was doing it too... FH father was shocked but excited, asked us if it's what we really want... but one of FH's aunt was like ur too young, you dont have steady jobs, it's such bad timing with everything going on.. i was so pissed, but whatever it's my day, my life...

everyone was really excited my sisters kept joking on him that he lied to them and told them it would be later in the summer when he was really doing it before summer even started! only my parents, his parents & his bros knew about it.
