My MOH and my FSIL already knew they were going to be in my BP. I asked my cousin to be a BM and her daughters to be 2 of my FG's right after I got engaged. We're still working on his side of the BP!

over the phone, but they knew they'd be included anyway. my presumptious sister was already asking who she would get to boss around before i confirmed that she was the MOH!

lol over email
i had a few with financial/logisitical situations and over the phone i didnt want to put anyone on the spot.
if i sent one of those gorhgeous cards i didnt want them to feel obligated either

email worked great and the girls know im so busy and they were happy to be asked and all said yes

I got really cute blank and white cards at CVS with pics of a little girl dressed as a bride and sent them to my Bridesmaids...Every single one called crying...For my sisters (BM and MOH) I got similar cards with two little girls hugging...

i asked my girls in person BEFORE i knew about LIW. so i didn't know about the cute cards you can make or poems that are out there. if i could do it over again, i would have been more creative! ~lacey
