I want to ask my girls soon, but wanted to do something other than a card. I received a wine glass recently and loved it when being asked to be a bridesmaid, but wanted a new idea?
I couldn't wait and asked MOH with an advil MOH container and some cute stuff!

i got them from etsy, tho and they are personalized w/ crystals they are soo cute! lol
I didn't do anything special. My 2 MOHs knew the day I called up and told them I was engaged LOL. The other 3 BMs I asked a few months later but already knew I was asking them.
im not a very emotional or sentimental person so i did this kinda cute thing... i used this image and printed onto a chocolate bar wrapper and then gave the girls a chocolate bar and a bouquet of flowers.

Personalized wine bottle labels. I got the wine out east and the labels made from an etsy vendor.

I have not asked my BM's yet... my MOH asked if she was going to be the MOH on the phone call where I told her I was getting engaged, lol, but I just bought her a MOH book and I'm buying her some goodies as like a 'we're far away thanks for being a friend' care package.
Once we get closer to the date, I'll figure out how many BM's we want, but I think I'm going to send them a bo-K and ask if they want to be carrying this in a year...

I got a card made. But all of my girls (except) two pretty much knew that I was going to ask them. They were actually all talking on facebook about it before I asked them.

I asked them all to meet me at applebees for 2fers and I told them it was on me and asked them. Most of my girls are from my last wedding that was called off and I feel bad I never got to give them their gifts from last time bc my ex kept them. So this time I am starting off with giving each a personalized bridesmaid shirt.

im probably just going to ask on the phone or in person... A friend of mine asked me to be in her wedding party through text message LOL like 10 minutes after he popped the question!
