how did you decide what month you would get married?

I always knew i wanted a spring wedding because it's my favorite season. I also wanted nice warm weather so we could have an outdoor ceremony

I wanted a summer wedding because I am a teacher. We picked the weekend that we met.

I wanted spring weather but there was such a price difference btwn April and March that we couldnt pass it up.

August for a number of reasons...

1. I have a teaching degree so I'm not sure what kind of work I will be doing by the time we get married. And also for our anniversary it would be easier for one of us to worry about vacation time instead of both of us.

2. We got engaged last August and wanted to keep it close to our engagement date.

3. I always wanted warm weather. I am definitely not a winter person.

4. It seems like every month of the year there is something going on with birthdays and holidays. August is a calm month.

I always wanted June because the weather is warm but not too hot. When I first booked, all the Saturdays in June were booked so I went with July. I then found out I may have to start my internship in July, so I called to see if I could change the date and there was a Saturday in June available. it worked out perfectly!

i originaly wanted september, the sunday before labor day, but it was already taken so we chose Oct. Clumbus day weekend.

Wanted a three day weekend because it's an OOT wedding for both of us and most guests, but everyone in my family was born in or got married in the fall, within a two week period, so we went for Spring.

I knew I wanted a spring wedding. I also didn't want peak wedding because I wanted to save money so I was leaning towards april... but since I got the holiday cheaper then april I went with May.
