LIW? Just curious! I found them when I was googling vendors and stumbled across the vendor reviews. Then I lurked on the chat boards for a while before breaking down and logging on. Now the addiction has taken over!!

same here. i was doing a search for RH's and then came across the boards. i think i lurked for an hour and i'm like oh this looks like fun, i'm joining!! 2,000 plus posts later, i'm addicited!!

I was on the Knot and many of the girls would post links to their posts on here. So I started looking around and realized how much more helpful LIW is, and so I live here now...literally. LOL.

My old landlady told me about it after we got engaged. That is the Only Nice Thing she ever did for me, that I am grateful for. My FSIL told me about 'The Knot' I went there first, but I did't like it as much as LIW. LIW RULES!!!!!!!

Yup just a random google search...I wanna say I was looking into CD favors or something. I'm a little embarrassed to admit, this was before we were engaged! I was a little bored at my desk job!
My FH acutally found it for me when he was googling reception halls.

I had googled to find limos and found LIW..>I didn't even know about the chat feature until I met with the limo company who asked me to post a good review about him....I was confused, came back on here and then saw the chat and joined!

My FFIL actually told me about it. He was planning his daughter's wedding (She lives upstate and had her parents do a lot of the leg work) and he told me about it as soon as we got engaged.
